Our body is in fact composed of 60% water. It maintains the temperature of our body, allows the good circulation of blood, the oxygenation of our cells and the good elimination of waste.
Each day, we eliminate between 2 and 2.5 liters of water. To compensate for this loss, we must first drink water (at will, and at least 1 to 1.5 liters, or 6 to 9 glasses, according to the nutritional recommendations), or even other drinks such as fruit juice, coconut water, herbal tea or tea (in limited quantities, however, for stimulants and sweet drinks!).
But also consume food rich in water: indeed, the contents of our plate contribute largely to the hydration of the organism.
