1. CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES CONCERNANT LES RÉSERVATIONS, ANNULATIONS ET TRAITEMENTS
By making the payment for your reservation or a treatment in our Face Clinic Belgium, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the present conditions concerning the cancellation policy, the methods of payment, the conditions associated with the treatments, the price conditions, the guarantees, the responsibility and the procedures for settling disputes.
By making the reservation, you also acknowledge that you have accepted the conditions related to cancellation and non-attendance at the appointment, as well as the additional conditions that may apply depending on your treatment at Face Clinic Belgium.
1.1. CONDITIONS DE RÉSERVATIONS
The payment of your reservation is made in two steps: the payment of a deposit at the time of your reservation and the payment of the balance.
1.1.a. Payment upon reservation
You can make a reservation for your operation or treatment at the Clinic's reception desk or by phone. At the time of booking, you must make an initial payment to confirm your reservation.
This payment can be made at the reception of the Clinic in cash or by credit card or by bank transfer. If you wish to pay in cash, Belgian regulations do not allow us to accept more than 3.000€ in cash. At the Clinic we accept electronic payments such as Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa.
When paying by bank transfer, you can make this transfer to the account IBAN BE85363026497006 (BIC: BBRUBEBB.), mentioning your name and the date of the appointment.
The confirmation of your appointment will only be effective upon receipt of this first payment.
1.1.b Payment of the balance
The balance of your treatment must be paid no later than the day of your treatment. Your first treatment can only be carried out if you have paid this balance. The balance is calculated as the difference between the total price of the chosen treatment and the amount paid at the time of booking.
Methods of payment for the balance :
By bank transfer 15 days before the date of the intervention, IBAN code BE85363026497006 (BIC: BBRUBEBB.), mentioning your name and the date of the appointment.
On the spot by card: Bancontact, Maestro, MasterCard or Visa ! Your bank may cap the daily amount of your expenses ! If the payment of the balance cannot be made on the day of the operation, for whatever reason, the treatment will not be able to take place and cancellation fees will be applicable.
In cash: Face Clinic Belgium cannot accept more than 3.000 € in accordance with the regulations in force in Belgium.

3.1. TREATMENT CONTRACTAs a customer, you have the right to be properly informed at all times. During the consultation, the practitioner provides clear and complete information about a possible treatment, expected results, potential adverse effects, duration of treatment, post-treatment care, potential complications, risks and the fee charged.Conversely, Face Clinic Belgium expects you to provide us with accurate and precise information about the reasons why you want a treatment, your expectations regarding the result and a complete medical history about you as well as any necessary information about the medical treatments and your health.By signing our informed consent document, the client acknowledges that they have been fully informed and provides their authorization to perform the treatment in question.You can always request additional information during a new free consultation. It is essential to begin treatment in a climate of trust.
Errors on our part: We are responsible for any damage resulting from an error of care.
Face Clinic Belgium offers the following guarantees:
Within a year after your treatment, we will proceed with a new treatment free of charge in case of complications due to our aesthetic care.
We work with laboratories approved by the Belgian Federal Public Health Service.
3.4. PRICE CONDITIONS
Face Clinic Belgium provides a wide range of alternative treatments to aesthetic medicine. The Face Clinic Belgium website provides a permanent price list. An exact price offer is provided during the consultation with our practitioners.
We offer a one-year price guarantee after the consultation. After this period, Face Clinic Belgium reserves the right to modify its prices.
4. COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE HANDLING AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Complaints regarding the performance of the treatment must be described in detail and submitted in writing to the practitioner who performed the treatment. If disputes cannot be settled amicably, the courts of the jurisdiction of Brussels will apply.
5. CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Generally speaking, it is the law that regulates the following elements:

The right to free choice of provider
The right to information
The right to consent
The rights concerning the files of the c
The right to privacy
The right to file a claim or complaint
The right to pain treatment.
THE LAW ON PATIEN RIGHTS (LAW OF AUGUST 22, 2002)
The patient has the right to receive professional and quality care according to the level of scientific knowledge in force The patient has the right to receive care to manage his pain The patient has the free choice of the doctor who provides the care The patient has the right to confidentiality for any person involved directly or indirectly in the management of his file and care The patient has the right to know the name of his doctor or practitioner as well as his function / role The patient has the right to information about his treatment, in understandable terms, except in cases where the emergency does not allow it No care or treatment can be carried out without the prior informed consent of the capable patient. The patient has the right to consent as well as to information concerning access to the profession of doctor as well as his professional insurance The patient has the right to obtain a copy of his medical file.
6. GENERAL INFORMATION CONCERNING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OUR CLINIC BELGIUM FACE AND THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
As clients, you choose your practitioner. In fact, there is a direct contractual relationship between the client and his practitioner. However, a limitation on choice may be inevitable in the organizational context of a Clinic that provides quality care on a permanent basis. All Doctors are independent and fully responsible in a professional capacity for their interventions. Each doctor is responsible for his own professional insurance. As customers, you are entitled to obtain information from the doctor regarding his insurance. All Doctors administer the medical records of their patients. Face Clinic Belgium cannot be held responsible with regard to the Law on the Rights of the Patient of August 22, 2002 or for any error of the doctors practicing at the Clinic.
7. RESPECT AT WORK
To work for quality services in the context of a favorable environment for Face Clinic Belgium, staff, patients and visitors: ensure that there is no discrimination on the basis of nationality of origin, skin color, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability, take care never to resort to verbal or physical violence, nor to sexual harassment,respect others without causing them any discomfort.
PHOTOGRAPHIC AND SOUND RECORDINGS AT FACE CLINIC BELGIUM
If you wish to photograph, film or record (audio) in our CliniC, you must respect the following constraints: You are personally responsible for any recording you make of yourself or others. You must first obtain the consent of anyone who will appear in your photos, films or recordings. Regarding the recording of treatment, you will need to request prior written permission. This authorization only concerns recordings that can be used in a personal capacity. If you wish to share such content, prior written consent from all parties is required.
